Money talks!  President Trump is transforming the country and the world with the cudgel of negative financial consequences to align with his America First Agenda and true reform-minded conservative values.

For example, the threat of massive tariffs, and every country comes rushing to the negotiating table to work on trade deals.  The threat of less financial support, now NATO member countries actually step-up their commitments to spend more.

Even with domestic policy, woke institutions are falling into line.  Facing the prospect of a $175 million freeze, the University of Pennsylvania did a major U-turn and agreed to ban transgender women from being members of its women’s sports teams. 

According to the Trump U.S. Department of Education (USDE), “…This action follows the Department’s Office for Civil Rights’ (OCR’s) investigation that found UPenn violated Title IX by allowing a male to compete in female athletic programs and occupy female-only intimate facilities.” 

Fortunately, here in Oklahoma, biological men are banned from competing against biological women in high school and college sports.  But several sinister elements of wokeism prevail in our public-school districts and colleges, which have created a moral vacuum, leaving the next generation rudderless and without the benefit of moral truth or value-based ethics.

And worse still, radical leftists who run the school districts and teach our college students are bending the minds of our kids toward socialism and away from the greatness of America, which has been the most positive force for good in the history of the world.

Every year, traditional politicians shower billions of dollars on the status quo education establishment, without demanding the Trump-like changes and major transformations that are so necessary.  Just like when nations and UPenn fold in the face of Trump’s toughness, the way forward to reform our failing education institutions is to withhold funding from various pet projects until they make changes in line with the values and expectations of Oklahoma taxpayers.  Only then will we witness true change that benefits all our kids and grandkids.
